Corrections and Revisions#

Submit corrections through /participate using the Evidence correction, Legal conflict, Accessibility, or Other category.

A useful correction includes:

• the exact page and claim;
• the source title and URL;
• the relevant date, jurisdiction, or model version;
• why the current wording is inaccurate or incomplete;
• proposed replacement language;
• whether the correction affects related pages or structured data.

Substantive corrections should be dated and propagated to summaries, issue hubs, APIs, feeds, and source-audit records where applicable.
